Step Class: A fun and fast paced aerobics class that utilises a stepping platform to maximize the physical benefits, Instructor: Scott Thomas, Mondays at 12 p.m. and Wednesdays at 1 p.m., Located in the right side of the gym, Runs 50 minutes

Body Sculpt: A core conditioning class that will tone your muscles and carve out your figure, Instructor: Donna McCullum, Tuesday and Thursdays at 12 p.m., Located in the right side of the gym, Runs 50 minutes

Kick Boxing: This is a standing martial arts and combat class that will provide you with a total body workout, Instructor: Lori Lofstrom, Mondays at 4 p.m., Located in the right side of the gym, Runs 50 minutes

Tabata Class: Not for the faint of heart as Tabata is a high intensity training class that provides all of the benefits of a cardio workout, Instructor: Lori Lofstrom, Wednesdays at 4 p.m., Located in the right side of the gym, Runs 50 minutes

Tai Chi: A slow paced and relaxing workout that is meant to balance your mind and health, Instructor: Xin Xin, Tuesdays at 4 p.m. and Fridays at 1 p.m., Located in the table tennis room

Zumba: A fun way to dance yourself into shape. Zumba is a Latin inspired dance class that will make you sweat and love it, Instructor: Allison LeBlanc, Thursdays at 1pm, Located in the right side of the gym, Rums 50 minutes

Emily is in her fourth year of Political Science. She loves studying and academics which follows into her research work. She's a stern black coffee drinker and is a proud Acadienne. When she's not working or doing school work, you can find Emily listening to 70s music on vinyl and watching Parks and Recreation. If you ask her about parliamentary institutions, she won't stop talking.
