Mounties defeat the Seawolves: MTA takes the win at the UNBSJ home court

On Saturday, Feb. 16, the women’s Seawolves volleyball team took on the Mount Allison (MTA) Mounties on the home court and suffered a 3-1 loss.

The first set had MTA falling behind, but the visiting team pulled it together and took the set 25-20.

The Seawolves secured a set win immediately after by dominating the Mounties and winning the third set 25-15.

Tied with one win apiece, both teams gave it their all in the third set. Despite the effort given by UNBSJ, the Mounties pulled ahead and won 25-20.

The final set was disappointing for the Seawolves as the Mounties dominated 25-14. This final win gave MTA the match with a final score of 3-1.
