On Wednesday, Feb. 18th, UNB Saint John’s Student Services hosted their monthly Mental Health Moment, a recent endeavor intended to promote mental health awareness on campus.

This month, Student Services decided to have a cookie decorating station in the Ganong Hall Gallery, which ran from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The coordinators said that they had around 50 students stop by to join in the fun.

The main purpose of ‘Mental Health Moments’ is to allow students to take a moment out of their busy days just to have fun and to de-stress.

Student Services encourage students to come out every third Wednesday for different activities to boost your self-esteem. They also encourage students to use the counseling resources the school provides.
