Mental health is something that is sadly still a taboo topic in today’s conversations. The UNBSJ Seawolves want to end that stigma. Join them in their Make Some Noise for Mental Health event on January 31.

This is a nation-wide event that raises awareness for mental health and helps facilitate positive and respectful conversations about mental illness on campus. The women’s and men’s volleyball teams will be facing the St. Thomas Tommies in matches starting at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the gymnasium. During the event, campus volunteers and mental health advocates will be present.

Come out and support your Seawolves, end the stigma surrounding mental health, and make some noise!
