Virtual recovery group available to students in January


With the support of UNB Saint John Counselling Services, P.E.E.R. Saint John is offering an online recovery group to UNB Saint John students. 

What is Peer SJ?

P.E.E.R. Saint John is a non-profit organization that provides mental health recovery and wellness support for youth aged 16-25 in the community. They also provide programs in areas such as socialization, jobs, peer support, and food security. Their staff includes peer support workers and human service counsellors. More information on this organization can be found on their Facebook page “Peer SJ”.  

How to sign up

This program will run virtually for seven weeks starting Tuesday, January 19 from 2-3:30 p.m. This group will allow students to explore and discuss the different stages of mental health recovery with their peers.
