Booking an appointment

To book an appointment, students will need to email their full name, date of birth, Medicare/health card number, and indicate if they want their first or second dose to behealthy@unb.ca. If a student is requesting their second vaccine dose, they need to add the date and type of vaccine to the previous information.

Be prepared for your appointment

Before getting the vaccine, students must bring their Medicare card (or another acceptable form of identification if not possible) and a consent form filled out. For students receiving their second dose, they must bring their COVID-19 record of immunization.

To make the process easier, it is encouraged that students wear a short-sleeved shirt or top with easy-to-roll-up sleeves the day of the appointment. The clinic staff will answer questions and have printed out consent forms if students are unable to access or print the online version.
