The event will occur at Oland Hall on Saturday, March 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Attendance is free of cost, and students can register here.

The conference will host keynote speakers and have workshops, games, and activities to accompany the learning. Topics such as “building confidence in marketing yourself” will teach skills on how to show that knowledge and confidence in real life.

The conference will also allow students to learn how to make connections and start conversations with future employers. As well, they will offer advice on creating and presenting a personal brand to others.

A representative of the society has described the event as a “great opportunity for all students to develop both their professional and personal skills.”

Students that register will be entered into a draw for a 55’’ Amazon Fire 4k Smart TV. Additionally, there will be other giveaways throughout the event.
