Club’s activities and events

The club is currently hosting meetings every Monday from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The founder, Ryan Zevenbergen hopes to develop miniature tournaments and events as the club get more members.

All UNBSJ students are welcome.

Club’s mission

The society’s mission is to create a space for everyone to enjoy the game and introduce the possibility of a varsity team in the future as interest grows.

“I started this club because I have a love for the sport,” said Ryan, “I’m looking at this as an opportunity for new and experienced players to come together and have fun.”

Stephanie Guimond, the Athletics Programs Coordinator at UNBSJ, has spoken about the club and what it can bring to students.

“It’s a great opportunity for our students to be social, be active and have a great time doing so. We want to enhance the student experience on campus so creating clubs like this is a perfect way to do that” Guimond says.
