UNBSRC organises Sustainability Week events

The sustainability events will be on campus and go from Monday to Thursday

The UNB SRC will be hosting events that promote sustainability on campus throughout the last week of October.

The first event took place on Monday October 24 in Irving Hall. Attendees were able to make their own beeswax wraps.

The second event will be pumpkin carving in the Baird Dinning Hall. This event will be on Tuesday October 25 from 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The Wednesday October 26 event is called “Sustainabilitea.” This event will consist of offering tea to students while they write letters to Federal Ministers of the Canadian government about their efforts and plans to help tackle climate change.

The last event will be “Paint- Plant – Positivity” on Thursday October 27 at the Whitebone Pizzeria. The event will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
