Hello UNB Saint John!

We have made it to the end of the semester! I am thrilled to announce that our December print can now be found around campus! You can pick up a copy outside of our office on the second floor of the Thomas J. Condon Student Centre, in the commons beside the entrance, or scattered around campus.

I want to send a thank you to all the students, faculty, and staff who have shared so much support for our physical prints. I also want to thank everyone who contributed to this print in some shape or form: Sarah Harrigan, Elizabeth Williamson, Samridhi Girdhar, Philippa David, Khushi Chauhan, Isabelle Fleming, Claire Bentley, Madison Cullinan, Jonathan Bruce, Will Foley, Himanshu Sharma, Abigail Legacy, and Matthew Heans. This print would not be possible without all of your hard work.

As the semester and 2025 comes to a close, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the growth this paper has experienced. Thanks to campus support and enthusiasm, we have been able to publish two physical prints in addition to our daily articles on our website this semester. We have come a long way since our first print in December 2023! The Baron has also seen growth through its social media thanks to our amazing new social media manager Tam Nguyen. You can follow us on Instagram and Tiktok(@unbsj_thebaron) to join us in our journey to reach more students.

We also introduced our semesterly event Breakfast with the Baron this year and it has been a major success so far! We plan to host our third event in January when we return from the break, so keep your eyes on our social media for more information.
