READING TIME: < 1 MINUTES
The new year is upon us, and it could be called the yearly reset.
Striving for those goals that never get done,
chasing after the love that was never there to begin with,
running after the healthy lifestyle that you know will be a struggle, again, this year.
Jumping off the deep end…again.
Thinking like that will just cause negativity, shame,
a thirst for more, but you can still get stuck in the pit
that you jumped into over and over again.
Let’s not just reset yearly, reset your mind when things get hard.
Reset the negative talk that you spew every minute you can.
Reset the goals you have and make them manageable.
Reset your heart when it gets broken.
Reset daily, monthly, every minute,
and every second.
