The Seawolves women played an aggressive game against Holland College on Sept. 22 only to be defeated.

The game started with the Hurricanes attempting a couple consecutive shots and just barely missing the net. With 30 minutes left in the first half, UNBSJ player number five, Emma Cameron, scored a goal in an open net, putting the Seawolves in the lead.

Moments before the end of the first half, Holland College scored, tying the score at 1-1.

In the second half of the game, UNBSJ played hard and keeper, Rebecca Snow, made some fantastic saves.

Despite Snow’s saves, the Hurricanes managed to score two more goals in the second half of the game. UNBSJ’s women were getting tired towards the end and the final score was 3-1, making it another loss for the Seawolves.
