On Tuesday, November 5, the UNB Associated Alumni will be hosting Career Talks at Lily Lake Pavilion from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. It is meant to provide students with invaluable advice and knowledge regarding career-related topics.

These topics can include ramping up your resume, networking etiquette training, and optimizing LinkedIn to provide you with skills needed for your near future. The event will follow a speed networking format, where students will travel in groups to meet with UNB alumni.

Career Talks seeks to provide students with a better understanding on how education and career interests can relate to future job opportunities.

Career Talks also will offer free LinkedIn headshots and a one-on-one resume review! If that isn’t enough to convince you to attend, there will be a delicious poutine bar, as well.

It is absolutely free to attend, although registration is required, and in only two hours, it will provide you with the great opportunities to expand your network and connect with alumni.
