Twilight

I always believed that you and I were like day and night,
destined to blend in this shadow of light.
Now when I look into my heart
I can still see the vestiges of twilight
that once bloomed in my life;
there isn’t a more beautiful poem than you.

When you opened the magical world of love to me
I was a stranger at that time.
When you freed my eyes to a dream
that gave me wings and taught me to fly.
But by then it was too late,
now I fly deep into a void filled with your memories

Still, I search for you amid this dark world.
Maybe one day my moonlight will once again
touch your sunshine and together
we will spread our twilight before this vast sky.
